Our Response to COVID-19

To our valued customers, at Highway Mazda, we have taken the following precautions to make you feel safe and comfortable at our Dealership.

You will notice government issued signs on each door upon entry to the dealership.  These signs are up to ensure that customers do not enter the building if they have travelled, been in contact with a COVID-19 positive person, and/or experiencing any known symptoms of COVID-19.

Our seating area in our customer lounge has been rearranged to accommodate social distancing, and signs have been placed on each chair after use letting customers know that they have been sanitized.  We have also placed signs on bathroom doors indicating sanitization as well.

The coffee/water station has been brought back out for customer use.  Although surfaces are sanitized often, we have placed a sign and a bottle of hand sanitizer nearby and ask that customers please sanitize before helping themselves to coffee or water.  Unfortunately, our cookie jar has not been refilled at this time.

Our reception area has been equipped with a plexiglass barrier to allow safe handling of customer payment and interactions.  We ask that you please use cashless payment when possible.  The debit machine and counter are wiped down after every transaction.  Hand sanitizer is also supplied at the counter.

The service counter has also been equipped with a plexiglass barrier and hand sanitizer to allow for safe customer interaction.  Our service technicians are equipped with gloves when servicing your vehicle, and our service advisor will ensure that all touch points are sanitized upon returning your vehicle to you.  If you do not feel comfortable coming to the dealership for your service appointment, pick-up/drop-off and over the phone payment options are available.  We are currently not offering shuttle service or washing customer vehicles.

Customer test drives are allowed.  We will give you the option to have a salesperson come with you (sitting in the back seat) or you may go on your own.  Each salesperson has access to gloves and a mask and will wear them upon request. We also have antibacterial wipes and spray in each office for sanitizing keys and anything that may need it after use. Most sales offices allow for adequate social distancing, and chairs and desks are sanitized after every interaction.
